Our Mortgage Rate is the lowest in the market and can be spread for more than 30 years.
Ice Invest Marketplace help client who doesn’t have the complete payment to purchase what they intend to buy, with Ice Invest Marketplace, all the buyer need to have is 15-35% of their desired buy and Ice Capital will fund the rest with 3% interest rate spread over 5 to 30years. There is no required deposit needed to purchase from Ice Invest Marketplace, however, if the client doesn’t have the full amount needed to purchase their desired buy, a deposit of 15-35% will be required from the client before Ice Capital will fund the transaction.

Interest rate ranges from 2-8% depending on the product, value, and payment duration.
Ice Capital trading is a Finance firm, we fund capital transaction from every area of business. We fund clients buy from other marketplaces, but the interest rate has a 1.5% increase to the transaction as transaction and handling charge.
